Being heard, having a sounding board and a neutral, compassionate ear is a gift to give to yourself. You do not need to know the way forward, but with dedication to yourself, and by showing up for your sessions, therapy can make a difference.
Therapy at Move Your Mind Therapeutics might be different than what you have done before. I offer virtual individual counseling and mind-body therapy, trauma-informed yoga therapy, and online yoga workshops. Post COVID-19 I shifted to a completely online model of care, allowing me to expand my service area to all of NY State in a way that is safe and secure. Healing is not a one size fits all concept and everything will be tailored to your needs and goals.
